Hi, I have downloaded episode two today but it will not install. Every time I go into either "play" or "episodes" it says.

I am having the exact same issue, I too haven't reinstalled the app due to not wanting to lose my save file. Mike, We all have tried all those you mentioned and nothing is successful. Telltale should release a new version to fix this major bug. It is a huge disappointment for iOS users to not be able to play when they have paid for it. I think we are all getting the download, its just not installing. Press install and it loops back to the main menu. I have done it on multiple networks as well. I'm in Japan on the Japan App store. I could download the update, and i have done so for the Walking Dead as well. It just doesn't seem to do the install part when I go to play.

We are currently looking further into the root cause of ios 11 downloaded but wont install issue. Unfortunately at this time we have not announced plans to add a save backup feature to the game.
