I adjusted it I realized after around 20 minutes of adjusting and feeling annoyed that the game was still at the 10 minute mark.
I looked at some other stuff and realized that some of the game had glitched and frozen. Other than that glitch, the game is good! Even the desk is entertaining! I recommend getting it, but I researched a LOT before buying. You should do the same. The glitch described above happened again.

That is my only problem and I hope that in the future the DLC will be an add-on content peice to go with this version of the game. If there is a different way I could get the DLC for this game for the APP FROM THE APP STORE, please tell me.
Overall, AWESOME game. It is such a great game, it just has one gamebreaking glitch in the current verison that'll totally destroy the exprence for new players and think it's a horrible game. Go ahead and buy it just wait till the next version of the game comes out until expecting to get anything done.
